"I just experienced the worst outcome today while at work I got a text saying my insurance was canceled after I paid it last month didn't even receive a letter in the mail or email. So I got on the phone and ask why was my insurance canceled after I had paid it last month and The Manager Megan told me that they put my money back on my card because they could no longer take half one week and the other half the next I so ask my didn't some one let me know that they had put my money back on my card and she said that was their job to tell me and it wasn't their job to let me know. They canceled my insurance in August the 20 I was riding around with no insurance up until today that's when they let me know my insurance was canceled I really think that was very un professional of and I didn't like it . I surely won't I be preferring anyone to them. It was nothing they could do for me after they canceled my insurance without me knowing it was like I was speaking to a brick wall plus I was paying 352 dollars for insurance and I have a good driving record and they just kept going up on my insurance and didn't let me know anything until it was time to pay it. What they did today was unexpectable I didn't know how I was get home because I didn't have insurance on my car all the Manager kept saying is I'm sorry I don't know I'm just the messenger. I pray that no one else have to go through what I did today!!!! A whole year of this !"
